Alison T. Wynn

I am a Senior Research Scholar with the Stanford VMware Women’s Leadership Innovation Lab. I received an MA and PhD in sociology from Stanford University and a BA in English from Duke University. My research examines strategic organizational culture change designed to achieve greater equity and inclusion. I have also worked as a consultant with Exponential Talent LLC, Forshay Inc., Illuceo Inc., and Deloitte Consulting.
