Alison Tracy Wynn
I am the Diversity & Inclusion Postdoctoral Fellow with the Clayman Institute for Gender Research at Stanford University. I received an MA and PhD in sociology from Stanford University and a BA in English from Duke University. My research examines organizational policies and practices designed to reduce gender inequality. I have also worked as Leader of Inclusion and Organizational Change Strategies with Exponential Talent LLC and as a Human Capital Analyst with Deloitte Consulting.
